I Want to Marry Topanga

Though we may not be ready for such a life long commitment as marriage while in college, many of us have a goal of ultimately getting married and starting a family. But the search for the perfect person to spend our lives with is a difficult one that often will take us down the wrong path. However, I am happy to say that at the age of 21, I have found the person who I feel really completes me. That person is fictional star of Boy Meets World,Topanga Lawrence.

Topanga is pretty much everything I could want in a girl. She is one of the most wholesome people I have ever seen. There is something about her that just screams purity and innocence. Sure some people may find it a flaw that she made Cory wait until marriage until she would have sex with him, but to me that just shows how well Topanga sticks to her principles and believes in the sanctity of making love. Plus, it means she doesn’t have an STD, which is a huge plus when searching for a spouse.

Let’s not forget how intelligent Topanga is as well. She was valedictorian from John Adams High School’s class of 1998 and never recieved a grade lower than an A in her life. But Topanga was also down to earth enough to spend her time with people of average intelligence like Cory and Shawn.

I also believe Topanga to be one of the most beautiful girls that I have ever laid my eyes on (via television). I mean, sure she gained some wait when she went to college, but who doesn’t? Regarless of her weight, Topanga is an all around beauty.

I don’t think I need any further explanation as to why Topanga is the girl of my dreams. I don’t think I could really be happy with another woman. I even feel a void in my life now that Boy Meets World hasn’t been on ABC Family in months. The only problem I expect to encounter with my goal of marrying her is as I previously mentioned, she isa fictional character. Maybe I’ll just try to marry Danielle Fishel, the actress who played Topanga, though I know it wouldn’t be the same.
