Attention all concerned citizens:

This is a memo from the Board of Responsible Movie Quoting (BRMQ) urging everyone to use quotes from the film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan sparingly. As this film topped the box office last week and with no end of popularity in sight, the BRMQ has been spurred to action to advise all citizens to limit their usage of quotes from Borat.

The last thing anyone wants to see is a repeat of the infamous Anchorman disaster, wherein 65% of the population used a quote from this film up to a year after its theatrical release. The BRMQ is imposing a Class 3 quote restriction policy effective immediately, so if a citizen hears any of the following phrases "Jagshemash!"; "Sexy time"; High five!"; Wawaweewa!" or any other popular Borat quote, please contact the local authorities. Punishments will be swift and severe, ranging from $150-$5000 and anywhere from 6 months to 3 years in prison.

We as a nation must learn from our mistakes, so please, for the good of our country, only quote Borat responsibly.
