Best Costume

You read that right, there’s no modifier before the word costume. This is the big one.

For most of us, Halloween is something you remember on October 27th. If you’re lucky enough, you might have some old clothes that are so ugly they qualify as a costume. There are, however, a few special people out there who have been planning an amazing outfit since move-in day. There’s an even smaller subsection of those people with the spare time to pull it off.
