America's Hottest College Girl Weekend Update

Welcome to this week’s America’s Hottest College Girl Weekend Update. Back by popular demand, I’ll be here recapping this week’s action and making my predictions for who will make it to the sweet sixteen. For now, “let’s get started, L.G.S. is let’s get started, so if I say that, that’s what I mean.”

North Region: This region basically went the way of the favorites. But we still have some important things to discuss. If you’re keeping track at home, the Brittany count in the competition remains at 5. Brittany H and Brittany D flew to impressive victories, while Brittany from Boise State went down to the wire in her matchup. One of my personal favorites in this region is, of course, cutie Kathleen from Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She’s got a good sense of humor and let’s face it, she’s a Stone Cold Stunner.




Keely, my prediction for the Final Four, is developing quite a fan base and looks to be one of the powerhouses in this competition. It also looks like I underestimated Lisa from Oakland University. She had the round’s biggest victory garnering an astounding 90% of the vote I don’t know about you, but I think it’s the way she holds that microphone. Voters love hot chicks in bands. They should both easily advance to the next round.


Sweet Sixteen Predictions:

West Region: There were a couple of huge upsets in this region. America proved me wrong and voted out two blondes in the first round. Victoria and Aftyn both went down in defeat. After jumping out to a huge start in the morning, Victoria lost to a strong comeback from Briana. She used a huge voting rally coming from the Los Angeles area to come back and complete the upset. Big winners Alisa and Sara will face off in a tough contest after easily winning their first round matchups.





Coming into the first round, I predicted Jennifer vs. Alexis to be the most difficult matchup to judge. When it came down to it, I believe Alexis’s portfolio of modeling pictures did her in. American doesn’t stand for the professional photo. They love the casual shot, the playful snapshot. I think everyone can give Jennifer a golden ticket to the Sweet Sixteen. She’s holding an iPhone, so I love her. Done deal. Courtney owned her matchup, and is still a strong contender for the title of America’s Hottest College Girl. Although, I’m starting to wonder how much the “Curse of the Modeling Pictures” may hurt her in the end.
