Tails: Hey Sonic how was your day?

Sonic: Oh it was good you know the usual. Did some special zones lost some rings got em back. same ole same ole. Hey could you be a dear and get papa another beer 

Tails: Um sure…oh by the way just wanted to let you know I went ahead and washed your shirt for you from the other day when you were out "working"

Sonic: Oh yeah…thanks…I had forgotten about that…

Tails: Yeah you see it was kind of funny because I found a little bunny in your shirt and I was just wondering what that was about.

Sonic: Oh…um…well Eggman, he made this new machine and its powered by small animals…yeah..

Tails: Really… so it has nothing to do with.. HIM?

Sonic: Awww c'mon tails I told you its over with Knuckles. You're the only one I want to share my Chaos Emeralds with…honest.

Tails: Well that's reassuring. I just wanted to check…I just spend all day here and I just miss you some days and wonder what you are doing but I guess I have nothing to worry about. I mean he can't even fly so I don't even know what you would see in him

Sonic: Actually he can glide….

Tails: What…excuse me Sonic? What did you just say?

Sonic: Look I think it would be a good idea if we just took a break you know. I..I think it would be better for the both of us if I just moved to Angel Island with Knuckles for a little bit. But don't worry I called a mutual friend and he's going to stay with you…ill call you in a couple of weeks to get my rings and stuff….

Sonic opens the door and Slippy the Toad from Star Fox enters

Slippy: Well hey their new roommate! Remember me Slippy. Boy have I been in some sticky situations before! But don't worry were going to be the best of friends you'll see and you'll forget all about him. Now what is the first thing you want to do buddy?
