    		<![CDATA[<p>Earlier this week, a Polish Microsoft ad surfaced in which they had <a target="_blank" mce_href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/08/25/microsoft-sucks-at-photoshop/" href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/08/25/microsoft-sucks-at-photoshop/" rel="nofollow">photoshopped out the black guy</a>, presumably because Microsoft believes there are no black people in Poland.
