If you've never seen it, you're missing out on something fantastic. If you have seen it you're no doubt familiar with Katrina Bowden, the ultra-sexy secretary, Cerie, who only dates guys who drink Snapple. As a Snapple-drinking, red-blooded American male I was no doubt excited when she agreed to our request for an interview. Below is what we talked about.

Do you watch Studio 60? If so, what do you think of it?
No, I don't watch Studio 60, I've actually only seen half of one episode.

You were in a Fallout Boy video. Was Pete Wentz as odd in person as he comes across in the media? Did he try to bite you or borrow your eye makeup?
Working with fall out boy was really fun..they are all really nice guys. Pete Wentz had plenty of his own eye makeup so there was no real need for me to keep mine under close watch- but my lip gloss was a completely different story. He only tried to bite me once.

2 episodes ago everyone sits around and plays Boff, Dump or Marry. A) Who in your cast would you pick for each in real life and B) Was it weird to say “Boff” instead of “Do”?
Hmm, marry, boff, kill for my fellow 30 Rockers? Well, I'd marry Alec Baldwin because he's Alec Baldwin, I'd boff no one because I have an amazing boyfriend, and I'd kill Judah Friedlander so I could take his impressive hat collection.
Yes, it was kind of strange saying "boff" instead of do. I mean, who even uses the term "boff"?</>

It's fun , I get a kick out of it. Now I know I didn't invent the high five, but the funny aspect of the Todd's High Fives are that he names them - the miracle five, mental five, sterile five, betrayal five, I miss you five, self five, air five, make it stop five, euphemism five, and the list goes on and on. That's fun for me to be in a scene and think what type of high five I might be able to give. During the episode where the todd was acting gay (episode 5.20 My Lunch) I had a bunch of gay five improvs up my sleeve that didn't make it into the episode. Hot Gay sex five, Man on man five, reach around five, in your ass five...naturally these were way to dirty for TV, but the crew seemed to like them.

Who is responsible for adding the finger snap, post-high five?
That's all me my friend, I was looking to put my personal touch on it, and it's great for timing and buttoning or punching a comedic moment.

Scrubs gets crazy famous guest stars all the time, who was your favorite to work with?
Michael J. Fox, Dick Van Dyke, and Heather Graham were among my favorite guest stars. Michael J. Fox and Dick Van Dyke because they're TV royalty and I have so much respect for them and Heather Graham because I wanted her very badly and couldn't have made it more clear. Alas... She was also really good on the show - she played a quirky, absent minded, free spirited doctor and I think it's because she's so hot that people don't see what a good job she did on the show. I offered to high five her, to low five her, to side five her, and she wouldn't have it. Nevertheless I am still a big fan of hers.</>

At least there might be... I don't know, I interviewed him about The Oh-Face

You ad libbed the Oh-Face line, correct? Yes, that's right, it wasn't scripted.

What was your thought process like at the time, did it just come out? The original scripted dialogue at the end of that run about Smykowski throwing the BBQ, was basically calling for a cunnilingus tongue gesture. I can remember Mike Judge (the director) telling me that if I didn't want to do that I could make up something else. Well, I had about 15 minutes in my trailer as the lighting was being adjusted for that scene and I just started goofing with myself in the mirror. The Oh-face was one of about 4 other things I came up with. The only others that I can remember where The Bone Pony and Bone Roller Coaster. I was just praying that it wouldn't fall flat if I started improvising.

Did you know how awesome the “Oh-Face” line was as soon as you said it? Based on the laughter (from the cast and crew) after Mike Judge yelled "cut" it seemed to go over pretty well. I was told that one of the women who was in the room when they were watching the dailies (that's the footage from that day's shooting) of that scene actually fell out of her seat laughing when I did the Oh-face. I'm guessing she had seen a variation of it somewhere before.</>
