I've had a few shots in the morning, 'cause apparently they cure hangovers, but I'm still not convinced. I should probably wiki that, but I kind of like the whole ignorance-is-bliss thing in this case.

Yeah, I think the hours upon hours of Man vs. Wild I've watched have prepared me well enough.
