Why Hooters Is Not Known for their Food

While spring breaking at Panama City Beach, a group of us are chowing down on wings. Friend Sadie begins to panic, throwing a wing onto my place. I pick it up and notice two little "projections" coming out from the chicken. First it looked like feet, but then we realized they were feathers...still attached....deep fried...and sauced.
