A simple, yet effective shaming.

Bob passed out in the bathroom and we hah to break our door down to get him out cause he locked it. The shaming went way further and he ended up almost completely black and went to work the next day still back. He had a meeting with the VP of his company and the VP says "Did you get in to a fight with the toner Bob?"
