"I had a friend sew the pants and top based on a Civil War Soldier Uniform pattern, I had the logo screen printed on the top, and had stickers made for the belt/helmet/buttons. For the helmet I took a Darth Vader 2-piece, tossed the face, painted the top and bolted a clear welding shield to it."
