Do your parents not understand technology? Do they ask you stupid questions? Do they send you absurd text messages? Do they use words like "MyFace," "SpaceBook," or "The World Wide Web?"
If you've got an example of your Parents Just Don't Understanding, submit it here!
And thank God we'll never be as dumb as they are!

I just got a picture text from my mom, of a picture she has on her living room table, asking me to upload it to Facebook and send it back to her because she's hit the limit of mobile uploads in her album.
My mom was super pissed that she couldn't get the Bon Jovi CD that she just bought to work so I told her that I'd take a look at. She hands me the case and I hand it right back to her, tell her "Mom this is a DVD" and point out the three different places DVD is emblazoned on the case.

My mom called today to ask for good search engine. I suggested Google and she said that wasn't what she was talking about. She wanted the name of a search engine that was like Ask Jeeves, but not Ask Jeeves.

My mom just asked if she could buy the songs off youtube. When I told her that she couldn't, she said they should so they can make some money.

My grandma was complaining about how difficult it is to type on her new computer. She said she had to hold something down whenever she typed and it was hurting her wrists. I stopped by her house to take a look. Turns out she had the caps lock on the whole time and had been holding down the shift key for everything except capital letters.

My grandma called me to tell me that she had sent an email to my work address, but then she realized that it was my day off, so she sent it to my "home email" as well.
My Dad clicked on a pop-up IQ test, gave them his name, email, phone number and signed up to their 6 a week text-subscription service. He went around the rest of the week showing them the messages that they sent him and telling people how smart he was.
