Throughout history there have been speeches made by leaders that have moved us to tears, to reflection, to action. The greatest, most memorable speeches are crafted so delicately that every word reverberates in the minds of our collective consciousness even to this day. But even the best speeches must have had to go through some sort of rough draft phase where they were tested for a small focus group and just totally ate it. There's no way that even the most gifted of public speakers could have been able to nail it on the first try.
