By now, you've likely heard about Henry Gribbohm, the New Hampshire man who lost his $2,600 life savings trying to win an X-Box at a (potentially rigged) carnival game. For his misfortune, Henry did take home a consolation prize: A giant stuffed banana with dreadlocks.

We here at CollegeHumor were so touched by this story – and also, we really want that giant banana with dreadlocks – that we've decided to launch a campaign to buy back Henry's banana for the exact cost of the life savings he lost. Here's Streeter to explain:

For every Facebook 'Like' this post gets, we'll put 10 cents towards the cost of Henry's stuffed banana, and if we get to 26,000 Likes, we'll offer to buy Henry's banana for $2,600. If this post gets over 30,000 Likes, we'll offer to buy Henry's banana AND pay for the X-Box Kinect that he was originally trying to win.

So everybody do their part and LIKE THIS POST! Henry gets his money back, we get to look like good Samaritans when really we just want a giant stuffed banana with dreads sitting in our office, commenters can be like "How Stoopid waz this guy SMH", etc., so everybody wins!

By the way, if anyone knows this guy, have him email SaveBananaMan@gmail.com. And yes, we're serious about all of this. We wouldn't joke about such a delicate subject.
