The Bushwick, Brooklyn of 2015 is much, much different than the Bushwick that most people remember from years past - the staples of old Brooklyn have been replaced by gluten-free muffins, brunching, mayonnaise shops, and spin classes. And this sketch from last night's Kevin Hart-hosted SNL (who starred, alongside Kenan Thompson and Jay Pharoah) perfectly encapsulates the changes of the NYC neighborhood, along with some of the funniest lines on SNL this season:

  • "They said the garlic truffle is a must-try, so I said, aight, I'll try it."
  • "Do we have any cheeses? What else you gonna pair wine with - AIR?!"
  • "You actin' like someone put gluten in your muffin or something."

Also? That insane, over-the-top reference to an artisanal mayonnaise shop? Great, right?
