Not to publicly support the practice of hacking in a public forum or anything, but here's a good reminder that sometimes hacking can be a hilarious and wonderful force for good in the world: hacker WauchulaGhost has taken up a hobby of finding ISIS supporters on Twitter, hacking their accounts, and flooding their feeds with gay pride and pornography.

And while the campaign began before the mass shooting in Orlando's Pulse nightclub, WauchulaGhost took an even more fervent approach to their crusade in light of the massacre that claimed over 50 lives by posting more and more messages of gay pride to the hacked ISIS accounts:

And WauchulaGhost is not alone in their quest - they've been joined by multitudes of hackers, including yeti_001, to continuously troll ISIS supporters on Twitter and elsewhere:

And one thing that's been truly great about this is that the hackers are taking over accounts and not only filling up the feeds with porn and messages of gay pride, but even ACTIVELY trolling other ISIS supporters in their replies:

So far, they've hacked over 200 ISIS Twitter accounts (although many were since suspended by Twitter). Speaking to Newsweek, WauchulaGhost had this to say about the hacks:

"I did it for the lives lost in Orlando. Daesh [ISIS] have been spreading and praising the attack, so I thought I would defend those that were lost. The taking of innocent lives will not be tolerated."

Safe trolling out there, hackers. You're doing great work.
