The campus police at my school put a boot on my truck so I was "immobilized" even though they did such a shitty job that me and my buddies were able to take my tire off and switch it with a spare and drive away. Instead of just taking off with the boot I decided to be an asshole and show them how easy it was to take this so called "immobilization" device off and drive away. So I wheeled my tire into the student center to the security office and asked them to take it off for me. They were upset that I did this and said that they could've taken care of the problem outside and that I didn't have to remove my wheel and take it to them.
