i had my taser at PSU and this kid got shocked for over three minutes while most of us can only stand about 3 seconds. this was a 200 thousand volt taser.

It's fairly obvious here that the suspect was in fact a wizard.

Someone else impervious to the tazer. Does someone smarter than me want to explain how this works?

You have to turn it up a little to hear this lady talk back to the cop, but it all pays off when he braks out the tazer.
