Seagate
I work in an IT department We had a lady call in one day and was having a hard time access her email. I asked if to double check her internet connect to which she the replied "Oh! No I don't have it connected let me get the internet up for you" I waited and after a few moments she returned and let me know all was connected. After still having issues getting it to connect I asked what brand of Modem she had. She couldn't figure it out and said things like: "What's that? Direct-TV, Comcast" Finally I said "There should be a cable running from your computer to a box that's plugged into the wall..." She said "Yeah?" What does that say on it? She says "Oh! The internet box! It's a seagate" "...What?" This lady thought that ALL of the internet was stored on her external Hard Drive. After hours of trying to convince her otherwise I gave up and agreed with her that there's no way all of her email could be stored and access without being connected to her Seagate Modem...
I used to be able to get back from lunch at 12:30 and know that there would be a fresh batch of uPick submissions to read, but now I have to actually do some work as it is not being updated everyday!!!!
