On November 5th (this is important for later on) my friend and I were bored in our dorm room until we realized he brought a roman candle back from home. Everyone was like "oh ya we can go light it off later on tonight," but I turned to my friend and whispered, "you want to just go light it off right now down one of the halls?" He agreed and immediately we picked a random floor which happened to be 5. We lit it off and right after a few shots down the hall the fire alarm went off, so we book it out of there, while the whole building was evacuated. If you have ever seen the movie V for Vendetta, November 5th is the day when the government is overthrown, making the date and 5th floor look like more of a tribute to the movie rather than a random event. We ended up making the top 10 school police reports that quoted a girl on the 5th floor hearing the violators scream "remember remember the 5th of November!" While other students in V for Vendetta mask made a little documentary as to what the firework attack was suppose to mean. Overall it became bigger than we every thought it would making it that much better of a story.

Strange sense of humour in this country.
