I happen to be chronically ill, since i was about 17. Last time i visited my specialist, and i complained about being SO tired all the time and that it depressed me, he told me, i should view my disease and myself differently. He said: "Having Crohns disease, is like being an athlete, it's top sport for the body to deal with it, it's natural for you to be so tired,...it's the... Read More »
Glory Days
I used to bus at a restaurant that was surrounded by dozens of big hotels, and a couple times a month, the hotels would have big conventions. Some conventions brought in interesting crowds to say the least, like the World of Warcraft convention (yes they have one of those) and a midget convention where once I actually had to help one of them by picking them up and placing them at the high barstool at the bar. But one of the more interesting times was when there was some sort of Catholic or relgious convention in town, which brought in about a hundred nuns in one day to the restaurant. After they left and as I was cleaning the tables, I saw one nun had drank 5 non alcoholic beers. According to the waiter who had that table, each time the nun ordered another one, she would would explain "just trying to re-live the glory days!!"

Well anyways, he comes in about a week ago, and brings his laptop. The laptop that he has is a Compact with Windows XP (a bit outdated I must say). Anyways, he pulls... Read More »

During his breach test, he failed and got a slap on the wrist. During mine, I passed but I missed a minor detail and got written up and... Read More »
