I happen to be chronically ill, since i was about 17. Last time i visited my specialist, and i complained about being SO tired all the time and that it depressed me, he told me, i should view my disease and myself differently. He said: "Having Crohns disease, is like being an athlete, it's top sport for the body to deal with it, it's natural for you to be so tired,...it's the... Read More »
Chicken is worth $1000 to him.
2 summers ago I worked the drive-thru at a KFC. That summer we had a couple people drive off without paying, (really? jail-time over bad chicken? I thought) so we switched the system so that you pay BEFORE getting your food. This is apparently revolutionary where I live so I get yelled at alot for trying to rip people off. This usually just ends with me calmly correcting them on the system change. However that just wouldn't do for this one idiot who then decided to drive his low-to-the-ground Chrysler LeBaron over the small median, into the parking lot, then peeled out, in reverse to the food window and demanded his chicken, yelling at a closed window. After work we watched it on the security cameras, and this guys car took easily $1000-1500 worth of damage over $2.50 of chicken.

Well anyways, he comes in about a week ago, and brings his laptop. The laptop that he has is a Compact with Windows XP (a bit outdated I must say). Anyways, he pulls... Read More »
I work private security, we have lately been having a lot of issues with access control and breaches (people not allowed to be there, being there.) so we have one officer who is in charge of training all of the officers in proper breach control. During his breach test, he failed and got a slap on the wrist. During mine, I passed but I missed a minor detail and got written up and... Read More »
