About Me
I went with the 30 year note so I could save $500 a month. I am very much aware that I could pay off my mortgage early by paying the extra $500, but sometimes I need extra cash. This allows me to have extra money when I need it and still be able to pay Keystone Co real estate extra when I have it. I also got $3500 cash out. Nice to be able to stick that in the bank along with my extra $500 and 2 months of no mortgage payments. Keystone Co real estate

BTW: I paid 3/4 of a point and $3000 closing cost that I rolled into the loan. So I have no money out of pocket, but I put $4000 into my saving account this month. I think Keystone Co real estate I did I good deal.
