Some say this would destroy the Silverthorne real estate economy if we did not have credit. I say no it will not. It may hurt some of the finance companies, because I do not spend 25% of my income each year on intrest. But, I still spend money of Silverthorne real estate items. Appliances, big TV's, clothes, eating out,, etc, about the same level I did when I was doing everything on credit. And yes, I bought a car without going to the finance company. I am not rich, just living on Silverthorne real estate Social Security and a small income from two 401k's. Looking at the Silverthorne real estate poverty line, I live in poverty according to the US Govt. But there aint no Silverthorne real estate poverty here
