Max Lance is a writer and comedian who has worked for the FX Network, Mark Gordon Company and assisted on pilots for Fox and Nickelodeon. His writing has appeared in the New York Times, New York Daily News, College Humor and Cracked Magazine. He is currently studying screenwriting at the University of Southern California's film school.
As a performer, Max has performed at clubs and colleges across the country and made a TV appearance on the short-lived CNBC talk show The John McEnroe Show. He was nominated for best male stand-up by the Emerging Comics of New York Awards and was a regular at clubs throughout New York.
Since moving to Los Angeles, his writings have made it to the final round of the Page Screenplay Competition and has sold two web series scripts currently in development.
