About Me I'm a stand-up comedian / writer living in New York City. I was born and raised in Florida. I really like power sliding in Mario Kart, which is a fact about me that may seem pointless to bring up now, but once we get into the third act, you'll realize that it's only my ability to use s-shaped turns to boost speed that will save us.

    Another Castle?
    I just received an email accusing me of stealing this bit from the above link. I didn't. However, after a quick Google search, I found that this bit is pretty worn territory (I'm guilty of arriving late at the party, not being a thief). This bit has been done by VGCats, LOLCats, Five Minute Video Game Episodes, Something Awful, and GameSetWatch, all with slightly differing approaches to the dismay at the princess being in another castle. I feel my joke is different enough from the others. The similarity is Mario's anger. None of the specific jokes, wording, nor photoshop works are the same. Just a shared premise. Claiming I plagiarized this piece would therefore be the same as claiming the above artist also in turn plagiarized off the other dozens of sources. Of course, I'm sure that it's just twenty or so people feeling the same emotions at the same pop-culture icon.
