  So I put this picture up. I'm the one in the shirt and glasses (which you call gay and I call party. Sorry, next time I'll try to dress like a frat boy before taking a photo). I never knew this guy. He was some out of towner in Isla Vista, CA. The guy was holding his shirt and his shoes (and cape, he was dressed as a vampire), not my weiner. My Story: I was hanging out on my friend's lawn the day after Halloween. We have like 6 Halloween nights at UCSB. We see this shit show walk by, and someone has the presence of mind to have a photo op. His Story: He went to UC San Diego. Was up visiting friends. Lost them. Thinks he fell while peeing. It was high tide, so he hit a little water. He was covered in sand. He said some drunk girl saw him below and went down to the beach to help him up (says she told him this in the morning). Let him stay in her house on the living room floor. His phone was clearly broken from the fall if not the water too. Why the lady didn't get him any help is beyond me. He was the toughest guy I've ever met, and was planning on finding his friends before going to the hospital. We let him use our phone and he found the address and started walking to meet up with his people. That's all. ~daley from UCSB
