Yeah, losing to Stanford, Appalachian State, Kentucky, Pitt, and Colorado was pretty embarrassing. Oh wait, the was USC, Michigan, LSU, WVU, and Oklahoma.
LeBron has turned around one of the worst franchises in sports in four years and at the age of 22. I can understand why people get tired about hearing how great he is, but it is hard to argue he hasn't lived up to the hype. Oh, and Jordan didn't win his first until his 7th year in the league when he was 28.
Gay people aren't a "result" that has come about recently. Homosexuality has been around for centuries, and not just in humans. I do agree that the lifestyle is more accepted and thus more are willing to act on their sexual preference, but gay people are not a result of comfortable lives.
This war doesn't compare to the revolution. In fact, it compares quite strikingly with Vietnam. "you guys" refers to anyone who supports the war based on fear.
What does the word "free" being in my name have anything to do with? Also, starting wars isn't a process of freedom. Rights like habeas corpus are part freedom. You guys are willing to sacrifice your rights for a little sense of security.
I don't understand Pro-life conservatives, they are opposed to killing cells for improving human life, but have no problem with sending kids to war and not feeding the poor.
Hey will, nobody here even remembers who you guys played in the alamo bowl.
Congrats to Florida. They were the the more motivated and better team last night. I thought we would have learn from our upset of Miami in 2002, but I guess we didn't. Ofcourse there is always next year!... with Boeckman at QB. Err.
Wow, I don't even know how to respond to this joke of a post. Tressel's vote would have helped decide who his team played in the national championship. He felt that he shouldn't be able to pick who he played. You guys lost. Suck it up and try not to lose another big game against USC.
Lloyd Carr is a joke. He handled the situation the best he could, but he is not calm and composed. Have fun watching Carr blow another big game, I know I will!
Maybe. However, OSU had beat every opponent by atleast 17 except for one. OSU beat #2 Texas. OSU beat UM last year and the year before that. UM beat an overrated Notre Dame team and that's about it. Michigan nearly lost to Ball State. Let me say that again. Michigan nearly lost to Ball State. Oh, I forgot it was at home too.
I hate that excuse that they shouldn't drop when they didn't play a game. Say the UM-OSU game was played last saturday instead of in November. You don't think they would have dropped then? Get real. The fact that they didn't have to play another team is the only thing that kept them in the chase. They didn't win their conference and they weren't that impressive against the sorry teams they had on their schedule. Also, Lloyd tends to suck massive cock in the big games, so I can see why the voters didn't want to seem him choke another big game away like he'll do to USC.
UNC wasn't too good for Gonzaga, were they? Also, Oden would have been the #1 pick in last years draft, so I'm pretty sure he'll do fine in college. However, our high ranking isn't soley based on this one kid; we have a pretty good team with or without Greg.
A. I was joking.
B. I'm guessing mississippi doesn't have a basketball team. I really don't know or care.
Kevin:
I was actually a fan of UNC's basketball team before I came to OSU, so I'm really excited for the game. UNC might beat us simply because we don't have Oden yet.
What the hell do you want us to do? It was the record for the shoe and unless you like people sitting on your lap, there are only so many seats. There were over 50,000 fans watching it just outside the stadium if you are trying to say there wasn't support or something...
