I'm afraid that it is. By all accounts it's pretty awful. It only aired on TV once, and Lucasfilm has never (and probably will never) officially put it out. As Al obviously knows, it's the kind of thing you'd have to buy a bootleg of (or download).
One of my Spanish exams was a flyer for a department store, in Spanish. Then there were various questions about the items for sale. One question was "If you were going to the store, what would you buy?" I wrote (in Spanish) that I would buy the socks, because they were on sale and I need socks.
My professor marked me wrong. When I asked why, she told me that I would have gotten the lingerie because it was the most discounted item. I tried to explain that I don't need lingerie, but she insisted she was right. "You are telling me," I said, "that if I went to this store I wouldn't buy the socks. I would buy the lingerie." And she said "Yes, exactly."
No problem Ackybono - the first 5 episodes are now for sale on iTunes. As the Onion AV Club said "It's not much, but you can finally carry around tangible proof that the show existed."
Supposedly, if they sell well, MTV is going to put out a DVD release.
