  Wow, I had a stack of these very same booklets at my old job at a non-profit. They were a series that all used that little smiley character. Another bad one was for not smoking pot. There was a before and after picture of that smiley guy lying around stoned in a messy bedroom. Ya gotta love Mr. Smiley.
