    alright here is the story... since i took this picture and everything.... but yeah his ipod doesn't work... at all... while saran wrapping him we some how shut it off, or the battery died... so he had no music at all... and the cop was pretty funny... about 8 cop cars pulled up at once... they all got out and walked up to him... he looks down at her and says "is there a problem officer" she replies, "i was going to ask you the same thing, do you want to be up there?" he simply replied, ehh kinda" she then said there was no problem and simply asked if she could take pictures with him... as far as him breathing, he could alright, but after a couple of hours of having your legs suspended in mid air you start to loose circulation... so once he finally did get down he couldn't walk... at all... he had to be carried all the way back up into his room until his legs could gain some blood flow.
