The bigger Carlos Mencia got, the more accusations of joke-stealing flew. Joe Rogan, one of Mencia's biggest detractors, decided to confront him on stage in front of an audience at The Comedy Store about his alleged material theft. Mencia, not one to be upstaged, started throwing insults right back at Rogan.
