Qualifications
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 3 (especially PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong sense of design, layout, typography and branding for the web.
* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, web technologies and their strengths/limitations.

You would be working on
* Working with inhouse designers and advertising clients to integrate cobranded microsites and ad units
* Implementing designs for new site features according to existing design standards and styles.
* Creating new designs to improve general look at feel.
* Converting layouts and wireframes into Photoshop mockups.
* Helping to define user interaction and user experience through design.

Marketing Director

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a broad spectrum of online user acquisition and traffic / pageview optimization initiatives
* Implement strategies to increase Nielsen and ComScore ratings
* Formalize the process of identifying and negotiating deals with potential link exchange partners to increase site traffic and SEO ranking; manage link programs on an ongoing basis
* Cultivate relationships with bloggers and webmasters to syndicate CollegeHumor content
* Source cross-promotional and barter opportunities
* Analyze site usage statistics and develop quantitative support for pageview optimization and product, sales, editorial and new growth initiative decisions
* Work with site developers to continually update the product to meet changing user acquisition and retention needs, as well as the evolving competitive marketplace
* Supervise the marketing team, including one or more direct reports

Requirements
* 4-6 years of consumer-facing, online marketing experience. Experience targeting the male 18 - 34 demographic is preferred.
* Proven track record growing website traffic, primarily through non-paid means (i.e., barters, SEO, email, Digg, Facebook)
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a close-knit, always-on environment
* Ability to think creatively from a quantitative and qualitative analytical standpoint
* Extensive experience developing quantitative models, budgets and website usage analytics using Excel; experience with Google Analytics and Nielsen SiteCensus products a significant plus
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
* High-level of intellectual curiosity
* Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus
