Yeah, right. Like they haven't seen that online before.
Very rarely does truth have a place on the internet. This two-something minutes of heartbreaking, brutal honesty was a shot to the heart to everyone online who still lives in the past, begging providence for new types of Pokemon and an Arrested Development reunion. Which is all of us.
Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect, but here's a good rule to live by: If a project you started when you were 12 years old still seems like a good idea once you're an adult, you are not on the right track.
There's no two ways about it: an attractive lady dancing around in an online video is going to do well, and there's nothing that can be said or done to change that. What's not to love about this? She's athletic, she's happy, and she's over 18, which we all remember from when we discovered this footage was shot at the Junior Olympics and frantically searched for her wikipedia page.
You've got to respect this commercial, it almost dared you to hate it right from the start. When everyone started posting it, talking about how funny and well-made it was, there were a few eyebrows raised. "We've seen it all before by now, commercial, do your worst!" we shrieked as we hit play. Not long later, we understood. You know a classic when you see it. Citizen Kane, The Godfather, Wild Hogs, and now this. Progress.
